• Amount Paid means the money you actually paid for a session or package.
• Session Used means a session you attended, or a session counted as used because it was missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Standard Session Rate means the regular single-session price used when calculating package refunds.
• Processing Fees means third-party payment processing fees and currency conversion fees charged by the payment provider.
• Refund means the remaining balance, if any, after subtracting used sessions and non-refundable processing fees.

If the calculation is negative, the refund amount is AED 0.

Base currency: All refund calculations are based on AED.

• If you paid in AED, your refund is calculated in AED.
• If you paid in another currency, we calculate the refund using the AED value recorded by the payment provider at the time of purchase.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate when the refund is returned.
• Payment processing fees and currency conversion fees are not kept by UAE Hypnosis. Where these fees are not returned by the payment provider, they are deducted from the refundable balance.

Because exchange rates, bank rules, and payment provider fees can vary, the final amount received may be slightly different from the AED calculation shown on this page.

• Refund requests must be made in writing.
• Before services begin, approved refunds are issued minus non-refundable processing fees.
• After a session is delivered, that session is non-refundable.
• For packages, used sessions are deducted at the standard single-session rate before any remaining balance is calculated.
• Any missed or late-cancelled appointment may be counted as a session used.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Bank processing times vary and are outside our control.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your session is not counted as used.
• If you miss your appointment or give less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be counted as used.

This applies to single sessions and sessions inside a package.

The Discovery Consultation is currently No Fee (AED 0) for new clients.

• Because the consultation fee is AED 0, there is no refund to calculate for this appointment.
• If the consultation is missed or cancelled late, this does not create a paid refund amount.

• Single adult session (90 min): AED 800
• Adult 4-session package (90 min each): AED 2,800

• Child single session (60 min): AED 700
• Child 4-session package (60 min each): AED 2,400

Child sessions are 60 minutes.

• Past Life Regression single session (90 min): AED 800
• Past Life Regression 4-session package (90 min each): AED 2,800

• Any paid session already delivered is non-refundable.
• Missed or late-cancelled paid sessions may be counted as used.
• Processing fees and currency conversion fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable where they are not returned to UAE Hypnosis.
• Estimated fees shown on this page are examples based on recent payment provider charges. The actual fee may vary depending on the card, currency, bank, payment provider, and exchange rate used at the time of payment.

This policy is intended to be clear and fair. It does not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
