As a client, you have access to the Client Portal. This service enables you to communicate with our practice safely over the Internet and obeys the HIPAA guidelines.
You will be invited to the Client Portal upon completion of your initial consultation. Once you are invited you can create a username and password to access your client information.
Through the Client Portal, you will be able to:
- Ask questions to staff and providers
Your message will be viewed by the provider’s support staff initially, and forwarded to the therapist for response as appropriate.
- Request appointments
- View upcoming and past appointments
- View session follow-up notes, audios and homework
UAE Hypnosis believes that client confidentiality must be protected. This is why we communicate with our clients in our secure client portal system.
How Your Information Is Secure:
We take great care to ensure your information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure access codes, personal IDs, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Further, the UAE Hypnosis client portal system uses the latest SSL encryption technology with no caching. Unlike conventional email, all client portal messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our client portal website.
