What is past life regression?

Past life regression is the journey back to a previous lifetime through your subconscious mind. This happens while you are in a safe, relaxed hypnotic and meditative state. Your subconscious will choose which past life to project and I will guide you through the past life that surfaces during your session. The past life that your subconscious chooses for you to experience will be a peak past life. A peak past life is the past life that is most karmically associated with the life you are living now. It is quite common for multiple past lives to be experience during one session. I will direct you through your past life using specific questions that will allow you to determine the time and setting of the life.

Conscious mind

The conscious mind is your analytical mind. This is the part of your mind that makes you aware of your surroundings. It is allows you to think and act in a rational way. The conscious mind makes up 10 percent of your mind.

Subconscious mind

The subconscious mind makes up 90 percent of your mind. This is where memories are stored and where your perception of life events takes place. The subconscious mind takes everything very literal. The subconscious mind keeps track of every event, smell, taste, conversation, and sound you have ever experienced. It stores your experience in the form of a memory. The memory is stored as you perceived it at that specific time. The subconscious mind is where your past life memories are stored. Through hypnotic trance and meditative states, you are able recall these memories and the emotions tied to them at any time. Whatever is in your subconscious mind you can pull into your conscious awareness. This is what happens in hypnosis and meditation. You access the subconscious mind and become aware of events and emotions effecting you on a deeper level.

Universal mind

This is a state of consciousness that is accessed deep within your subconscious mind. Another name for it is super-conscious mind, higher consciousness, over-soul or higher self. This is the source of love, creativity, intuition, invention and truth. Universal mind communicates to you in the form of energy, angels, dreams, visions and spirit guides.

The effect of karma in past and present lives

Socrates argued that everything happens for a reason. He believed that all events in the world have a rational cause and that is called karma. Karma simply defined is a person’s destiny. It is the sum of a person’s actions and intentions determining their fate for their future. Karma is the law of cause and effect.

The Buddhists believe that each lifetime has a detailed set of lessons for the soul to learn. Lessons can vary and can be lessons for love, control or greed. The soul keeps returning to the planet in physical form to progress in its journey to learn all its lessons. Once all the lessons have been learned the soul is able to awaken and understand the inner workings of the universe. Many religions believe that an individual’s thinking, intentions and physical actions govern the state of their life and future. This means that decisions you have made in the past can affect your life today. Subsequently, your decisions today can affect your future life.

It is also believed that there is good karma and bad karma. Good karma is when we create an action expecting something in return – which isn’t necessarily good. This will put you in karmic debt. Karmic debt is followed by sadness or feeling unfulfilled. It is best to do good deeds without expectation and have a neutral karma.

Bad karma is also misunderstood. Bad karma is not when you do something bad and then something bad happens to you. No, bad karma is when you do something “bad” and then feel guilt or shame towards what you did. The guilt and shame is the bad karma you feel. So in a past life you may have done something “bad” to someone and they may feel like they want vengeance on you. In your next life together you may actually be partners. He may take his vengeance out on you to release your guilty feelings. This is a good example also of why we don’t usually understand the events in our life, but the reasons do exist.

When you connect with your emotions of bad or negative karma, you can release the emotions that are tied to them. When you let go of the emotions, you are also releasing the karma that is tied to you.
