Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool in the journey towards recovery from abuse, offering a pathway to transform pain into strength. Our approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to facilitating lasting change. If you’re ready to take the first step towards a new beginning, our hypnotherapy sessions are designed to support you every step of the way.

Love, connection and relationship is in our DNA, the blueprint of our physical reality.

Stubbornness and violence are also built into our DNA. We are all born with impulses for abuse upon others and sometimes even ourselves. Physically and emotionally we have the ability to cause real pain. Humans are the most loving and violent creatures and given our passion for physical and emotional intimacy and our ability to react with aggression, we are faced with the question – How do we not destroy ourselves and our families?

To rise above abusive patterns, taking personal responsibility for peace and freedom is powerful and requires a customized path. We all struggle similarly with negative emotions but the treatment for each person must be unique. Our suggested path to emotional freedom and well-being is discovering yourself, your power and your true potential with hypnosis therapy. Otherwise known as hypnotherapy, we help you find a path towards peace, reason and love.

Hypnotherapy can help with the following types of abuse:

Self-defeating abuse and anger
Physical abuse
Sexual abuse
Emotional abuse
Psychological abuse
Neglect

Abuse often occurs when one person is attempting to overpower another with harm. We have worked with many clients helping them to overcome abusive patterns and relationships. With hypnosis you can take back the control in your life.  Live each day with joy, compassion, freedom and true love. Remember abuse is not your fault.

Is it emotional or mental abuse?

Often times people do not realize they are being emotionally abused. Many of my clients have stated that they “just got used to it.” It’s when an abuser is behaving in a way that can result with the abused person experiencing psychological trauma like depression, stress, or PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). The abuser may shout, yell, and accuse his victim, even criticizing or humiliating him in front of others. It is also quite common for the abuser to control the abused person’s daily routine, such as if or when they work, who they see or talk to, and where and how they spend their money.

Forms of abuse.

You may have experienced abuse in any of the following ways:

Physical: hitting, slapping, choking, kicking, punching, biting, using weapons on you.
Threats to you or your loved ones.
Threats of suicide to manipulate you.
Forcing sexual acts you don’t want.
Intentionally puts you down.
Preventing you from being with friends and family.
Will not allow you access to your own financial funds and paychecks.
