Hypnotherapy for Birth,
Fertility and Pregnancy
Hypnosis is a natural solution for women’s health.
Our clients have success in many diverse topics of women’s health and family planning.
We use the doctor recommended HypLife™ Method of hypnotherapy created by expert therapist Adrian Rusin to help address the emotional, mental and physical factors affecting fertility, pregnancy and birth.
Hypnotherapy is a natural alternative for woman and families and has been used for fertility and childbirth successfully since the early 1960’s. The American Medical Association recognized hypnosis as a valuable tool for health professionals in the late 1950’s.
There is no such thing as infertility! There are however blockages that may hinder fertility. Something as powerful as an emotion can affect a physical problem as such. The mind body connection with the help of hypnosis can help clear blockages to allow the flow of life for a healthy fertile body.

Give Birth Easily & Naturally
Research proves that women who use hypnosis during labor experience more positive birth experiences. Therefore, they feel less pain and require less or no medication. Consequently, these women also have fewer interventions and reduce time spent in labor.
The hypnosis skills and tools we teach you are also life skills you can use every day, long after you become pregnant and have a baby.
Healthy Mind and Body
How hypnotherapy works in baby delivery.
We work throughout your pregnancy, approximately 6-8 sessions, to prepare your mind and body for healthy development and a comfortable delivery. We work together to train your mind to go into hypnosis easily, so you can slip into this comfortable state of mind quickly as soon as you are ready to give birth. While in hypnosis you can achieve an anesthetic effect without the use of drugs or other potentially harmful methods of pain control. We teach you how to achieve this state and we practice so you are prepared to use your hypno-anesthesia whenever you choose. Your hypnotherapist will help you develop the powerful skill of hypnosis you need to achieve a trance-like state so you can easily have the natural delivery you desire. Remember a woman’s body was made to carry and deliver babies. If you are ready to work with us or have questions regarding the process of hypnosis during your pregnancy, please contact us today as we would be happy to give you further detail of our work together.
Joyful pregnancy and birth.
Throughout history birth has been experienced in many different ways across various cultures. So why is birth so closely associated with pain and danger in today’s “advanced” societies? Today’s women have been negatively programming each other through stories and rumor that birth is a terrible experience. When in fact, birth is whatever we choose to believe it is. Birth can be joyful, exciting, peaceful and intuitive opposed to dangerous, scary, and painful. Relaxation, training and education will bring both mom and baby the blissful pregnancy and birth they seek. Using hypnosis to experience a joyful pregnancy and pain free birth can be achieved by having the mom adapt a new belief system. Together mom and I work to filter out all the negative stories and programming and then fill the mind with positive, factual programming for a healthy, comfortable, stress free pregnancy and birth.
Fertility and In vitro fertilization (IVF)
Research has shown that hypnosis for fertility doubles the success of IVF treatment. Researchers have found that 28% of woman in the group that were hypnotized became pregnant compared to 14% of those were not hypnotized. This research study of 185 women was presented to the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology conference in Berlin. The researchers aimed to discover whether hypnosis could make the embryo transfer stage of IVF more successful. During this stage, the embryo is transferred into the womb. However, if the womb is contracting, it can affect the chances of the transplant being a success. The research found that, indeed hypnosis did seem to greatly increase chances of becoming pregnant.
What is the HypLife™ Method for birth?
The HypLife™ method is a process using hypnosis to teach you how to release the fear and tension of birth. This allows you to have a more peaceful, and relaxing birth. Pain does not have to occur with labor. With the HypLife™ method you will learn how the birthing muscles work as mother nature intended. When you have the tools of hypnosis birth can be enjoyable. You will learn how to fully relax and create your ideal birthing scenario. You will not be asleep during hypnosis. You will be fully aware. Many people describe hypnosis as being an enhanced state of consciousness. Hypnosis has been compared to being focused in on a good book or movie. Because you are awake you will be fully aware of your body, your baby and the birthing process. The only difference is you are not afraid and you control the experience. With the HypLife™ method you are able to have a beautiful, healthy, natural birth, free of pain and drugs.
